What can you expect from this service?
You will be appointed a dedicated Managed Services consultant who became the first contact point for your HR team during this period, assisting with and working to resolve any Sage People system queries. They will also provide end-user support, managing and addressing any queries raised directly or via your company's system support mailbox.
Prior to starting the period of cover, your appointed Managed Services consultant will carry out a 4-hour 'lite touch' system familiarisation in order to understand and familiarise themselves with the setup and configuration of your Sage People system. This will enable us to manage your system confidently, address any issues that may arise and manage queries received directly from your HR team or the wider organisation.
