Tugela People signed up as the inaugural implementation partner to Fairsail – a cloud-based HRIS solution that enabled companies to engage their workforce and build great experiences for their staff. Tugela People went on to become the leading partner for Fairsail and by 2017, had implemented a large percentage of the Fairsail client systems globally.
Fairsail was purchased by the Sage Group PLC. and was rebranded as Sage People. Tugela People maintained its partnership and remained the only partner dedicated to supporting Sage People implementations.
Tugela People looked at expanding their system offerings and developing new partnerships in order to gain more autonomy and provide companies with best-in-breed HR and Payroll solutions.
