Important Reminders

Time-Off

As previously communicated the old Absence process will be deprecated in October 2021, and all clients must have the Time Off process enabled. To learn more about this, read our recent blog article ‘The deadline for migrating from Absence to Time Off is coming……’

Prepare your org for payflow security changes

Sage People have prepared a useful video and resource guide to help you to get prepared for the upcoming Payflow change prior to the Winter ’22 release.

To gain a better understanding of Payflow you may also wish to read our recent article ‘Sage People Payflow Jargon Buster’.

Upgrade to Lightning

Ensure you’re using Lightning before the release. Please be aware, if you don’t make the switch, you won’t be able to implement and use the latest product improvements or use the product as effectively as you would in Lightning.
