When you engage with our Managed Services team, we provide the expertise on how to make your Sage People HR System work for you.

This Managed Service option is based on a standard 12-month contract with a minimum of 8 hours of support per month.

You will be provided with a dedicated point of contact within the Managed Services team who will ensure your queries and support requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.

We will continually assess the service you receive through regular catch-ups and quarterly performance reviews to ensure that it works for you and meets your expectations and requirements.

Training and empowerment

We empower you and your team to feel comfortable using and maintaining your own system through our approach.

 

What the support looks like

To kick off your Managed Services contract, we will conduct an initial system review to understand your setup and pain points, which helps create a system roadmap and allows us to be proactive over the contract period.

    • Day to day administration
      • Running and scheduling reports
      • Data loads
    • Day to day support, including but not limited to:
      • System configuration
      • Troubleshooting of issues/issue resolution
      • Best practice advice
    • Bigger projects
      • System Integration and Automation
      • Training/coaching of both existing staff and new colleagues
    • Your team will be supported on a day-to-day basis and can contact your Managed Services dedicated resource for additional support when required. This approach will result in a quick resolution of system issues by a consultant that knows your system and requirements.
    • We use our in-house expertise in system implementations, training and project management to resolve queries before reaching out to Sage People, ensuring speedy resolution of cases.
    • We will work with you to utilise the system to meet your objectives and suggest how to apply new releases to achieve your company goals.
