In our role as your client-side Sage People Project Manager we:
- Help you to understand potential issues and risks involved during your project’s life cycle and then work with you to mitigate them, thus reducing delays.
- Budget control and compliance.
- Cast an independent eye over the project delivery and if necessary, working with Sage People to achieve the right outcome.
- Uniquely provide both strategic insights and tactical hands-on configuration support as required.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and change management support to help embed Sage People and enhance user adoption.
Our client-side project managers are suited to organisations that do not have the pre-requisite skills in-house, especially those that have disparate, complex systems in multiple countries. We help busy HR teams successfully balance the project needs and their day jobs.
In addition, to providing client-side project management our dedicated and expert team of HRIS Consultants also provide integration support and customised training. In addition to this, we can also provide post-implementation support through our Managed Services. This means we can continue to provide expert independent support after the implementation phase is complete.
