What is flows technology?
An increasing number of our customers are looking for an automated solution to their processes. The benefit of technology is the increasing number of options it provides, and we are seeing this as a growing trend with every new release of Sage People. Sage’s latest update regarding the switch off of the creation of New Processes Builders and Workflows and the transition to Flows is the latest step towards enhancing automation.
This system development has driven the Tugela People managed services team to expand our knowledge of flows, and we are having a great time internally on who can be the most creative.
The Flows technology from Salesforce is a powerful tool. We look forward to exploring its capacities and sharing this knowledge with our clients.
