What’s new in TalentLMS?
The latest updates included in the TalentLMS 4.7 release provides you with additional tools to further boost your online training:
A new way to keep track of training with the Training Matrix
Reporting has now been made much easier with the introduction of the new training metric - a grid made up of users (in rows) and courses (in columns). On a single page, you get an instant view of what’s happening across your entire portal. It enhances your ability to track users’ progress and provides you with a quick overview of user progress using a colour-coded system and simple icons. Users and courses are also clickable, helping you quickly navigate to more in-depth individual reports.
Better control over course content and enrolment
You can now set a limit on the number of users enrolling on a course and, once the maximum capacity is reached, the course is automatically hidden from the course catalogue. This removes the need to monitor registrations and add users manually.
Additionally, you now have the option to lock the content of a specific course you have created so it cannot be edited by anyone who does not have permission. This option is available for Administrators and Course owners.
More customisation options with new building blocks
Key points can help — a brand new section type you can add to your TalentLMS custom homepage. You can now create 1- to 4-column sections to present even more information and build up your home page, with a library of icons and the option to include buttons.
