Spark Networks SE is a leading international online dating organisation with over 220 employees. They offer a growing number of premium dating services in over 28 countries worldwide and have used Sage since 2017.
Brands include Zoosk, EliteSingles, Jdate, Christian Mingle, eDarling, JSwipe and Attractive World. It formed in 2017 with the merger of Affinitas GmbH and Spark Networks, Inc. to create Spark Networks SE.
As an IT company, Spark Networks needed robust security for its customer and company data. Their existing HR system had proven to be insecure, and they now needed a secure, scalable HR solution that eliminated the risks associated with isolated HR solutions and system breaches.
They also needed an HRIS system that was cost-effective, easy to configure and had a user-friendly, clear ‘back end’ interface.
