The latest features are designed to support the entire workforce in focusing on the things that matter and spending less time on process and administration.
Release Summary 2022 release 1 (Y22.1) General Availability
Vaccine Management (added):
Enables the management and tracking of vaccination status and supporting evidence, helping customers remain compliant and for those with company-mandated vaccination policies to track such policies through Sage People.
People Management workflow - Turn off legacy HR requests (updated):
Provides the ability to turn off legacy HR requests so you can now ensure these are performed within the newer People Management Workflow, saving time and simplifying the process.
Mobile App Release:
The new Sage People mobile app launched in the Winter release continues to help businesses drive efficiencies and keep employees connected and engaged wherever they are, with the addition of push notifications.
- New native mobile notifications: allows employees, managers and HR to receive and act on notifications 'in the moment'–like absence requests–from the palm of their hand.
- Easier install and set up: removes the need to manually enter the Salesforce org URL when initially installing the new mobile app, allowing for a faster and easier set-up experience.
- Disable biometric reminder: biometric authentication reminders can now be turned off within the app’s ‘Settings’ screen
- Dark mode enhancements: some minor enhancements have been made to the look and feel of the dark mode feature.
- Enhanced UI for iOS date picker: the iOS date picker has been updated to make selecting absence dates easier.
Integration of Sage People with Sage Intacct:
This automates the sync of new employees and changes to employee information. It also automates the status and the set-up of approvals for expenses, timesheets, journal entries, and purchasing.
Payflow - Browsing Payflow batches:
Sage People have made it easier to browse Payflow batches so you’re now able to view and filter all batches created for an integration and view the total number of batches.
Attendance and leave - Editing absence accrual rules:
New absence accruals wizards introduced in the Winter release can now be used to edit absence accruals rules.
