In our role as your client-side Sage People Project Manager we:
- Help you to understand potential issues and risks involved during your project’s life cycle and then work with you to mitigate them, thus reducing delays
- Cast an independent eye over the project delivery and if necessary, hold Sage People to account
- Uniquely provide both strategic insights and tactical hands-on configuration support as required
- Provide coaching, mentoring and change management support to help embed Sage People and enhance user adoption
