Your <a href=\"\/services-solutions\/hr-systems\/sage-people\/\">Sage People Org<\/a> might be looking a little out of date as a result. Here are the key areas to consider changing in order to keep your system on brand.<\/p>\n<h2>Domain<\/h2>\n<p>Your domain will appear in <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.mozilla.org\/en-US\/docs\/Learn\/Common_questions\/What_is_a_URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">URLs<\/a>. These URLs will include WX, the HR Portal, Careers Pages and forms such as the onboarding form. Your domain can be changed by heading to the setup quick find menu and searching for \u201cMy Domain\u201d. Next, click \u201cedit\u201d on your existing domain and follow the instructions on the screen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4252\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-Domain-Settings_image-1.png\" alt=\"Sage People Domain Settings. Learn more\" width=\"937\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Company Information<\/h2>\n<p>A nice and quick one to change. Your Salesforce org that houses Sage People will have your company information stored. Simply head over to the setup menu, and do a quick find search for \u201ccompany Information\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4253\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-Company-information_image-2.png\" alt=\"Sage People Company information. Learn more.\" width=\"938\" height=\"466\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Email Templates<\/h2>\n<p>Your email templates will likely reference your company name, \u201cwelcome to XYZ Company\u201d on a new joiner\u2019s onboarding email and so forth. Head over to \u201cClassic Email Templates\u201d in the Setup Menu. Remember that you might need to update the text and HTML email templates.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4254\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-Email-templates_image-3.png\" alt=\"Sage People Email templates. Learn more.\" width=\"927\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Letterhead<\/h2>\n<p>You might have changed the wording, but there\u2019s a good chance the letterhead on your emails still has your old logo. So head on over to \u201cClassic Letterheads\u201d to update these. Don\u2019t forget there are coloured lines to separate the header, body and footer that you can also change.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4255\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-email-template_image-4.png\" alt=\"Sage People email template. Learn more\" width=\"927\" height=\"610\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>WX Branding<\/h2>\n<p>With WX branding there are a host of items to consider. Firstly the branding colour and WX portal name. These might be set on a policy by policy basis or if globally applied, can be found in the HCM installed package under setup \/ quick find \/ installed packages.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4256\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-WX_image-5.png\" alt=\"Sage People WX. Learn more.\" width=\"887\" height=\"381\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your company logo image will need to be updated. This can be found in an area called Static Resources, available in the quick find menu.<\/p>\n<p>Any imagery might be found in internal communications tiles and will need to be replaced accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, you might have images and help text embedded into HR Noticeboards.<\/p>\n<h2>HR Portal Branding<\/h2>\n<p>The HR Portal Branding can be tweaked using the Themes and Branding tool in the setup area. If you\u2019re using Lightning, you\u2019ll likely already have a theme for your organisation, so just edit that one. If you\u2019re not using Lightning, it\u2019s still possible to tweak, but I\u2019d strongly recommend you use this as an opportunity to <a href=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/blog\/sage-people-lightning-update-are-you-ready\/\">take the leap and adopt Lightning<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4258\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-Portal-Branding_image6.png\" alt=\"Sage People Portal Branding. Learn More.\" width=\"887\" height=\"464\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Careers Page Branding<\/h2>\n<p>Your careers page could be very heavily branded, depending on how you\u2019ve set it up. Some customers have an API feed allowing information to be picked up and displayed in their own portal. Others use the standard Sage People portals. Regardless of how this is set up, there\u2019s likely imagery and wording used that will need tweaking. In particular, check out Recruit Noticeboards and think about the wording of your privacy notice.<\/p>\n<h2>PDFs<\/h2>\n<p>If you have any PDF templates in the system for processes like salary changes and bonus confirmations. You\u2019ll likely have these letterheaded, and there\u2019ll be loads of references to your company name.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4259\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Sage-People-PDF-template_image-7.png\" alt=\"Sage People PDF template. Learn more.\" width=\"886\" height=\"396\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Forms<\/h2>\n<p>Do you use an onboarding form or an exit interview form, or any others? If you head over to HCM Form Definitions through the app launcher menu, you\u2019ll be able to review these for any reference to your old company name. You might also need to brand these again.
