As their implementation partner, Tugela People also provided<a href=\"\/services-solutions\/hr-systems\/sage-people\/integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> integration services<\/a> to their key systems including the Payroll and Learning Management System (LMS). User adoption has already reached over 90%, which is great for a predominantly service-based workforce.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Brander, who was the lead HRIS Consultant from Tugela People on this project said, <em>\u201cThis was a great project to work on with Claire Burns from Humankind \u2013 HR Manager, who project managed the work.
