Working in partnership with the White Clarke Group<\/a> as their implementation partner, Tugela People is pleased to announce that they have gone live with the Sage People HR System. This included the Human Capital Management (HCM) module, core functionalities, and self-service to their entire workforce. The project was delivered on-time and under budget.<\/p>\n

\"White<\/p>\n

\"WhiteThe White Clarke Group is a leading financial technology provider with over 550 employees spread across 8 countries in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Austria, China, Germany, and India. They deliver proven, innovative software solutions and consultancy to over 100 of the world’s largest banks and finance organisations worldwide. Their challenge was the amount of fragmented HR Data stored in various payroll systems, attendance management software, and even on spreadsheets as the company grew in size.<\/p>\n

Keen to bring all their HR data into one source, reduce the number of systems being used by team members and introduce a self-service system to their workforce, they opted for Sage People<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kevin Hume, the Senior HRIS Consultant for Tugela People, who worked on this project, said, “Throughout the journey, the team at the White Clarke Group were incredibly engaged and involved, throwing themselves into coaching, testing, and data migration”.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dawn Whitehead, the Professional Services Manager for Tugela People, stated, “This implementation was an absolute success, and that was in no small part to the team at the White Clarke Group. It’s always a pleasure when customers are so engaged and enthusiastic, and it really does make our job so much more gratifying. The collaboration between the White Clarke Group and Tugela People, particularly the relationship with Kevin, who worked closely with their project team, and was committed to delivering the best experience possible, enabled a successful implementation”.<\/em><\/p>\n

The White Clarke Group also created a fantastic and fun “trailer” video to whet their employees’ appetites who would soon receive Workforce eXperience (WX) access: this clearly worked, with over 24 employees recognising others in the first 5 days of launching!<\/p>\n
