This can be for a job well done, support on a project, input to company output etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color\">As part of this, we run a monthly draw at our townhall meetings for all colleagues who have been awarded WOW points during the previous month. Recipients receive not only companywide recognition, but also a voucher, which they can choose to spend, or donate to a charity. If they choose to donate this to one of the charities that Tugela People supports, then the company will match this contribution.\u00a0 The charity currently supported is\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/mkfoodbank.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MK Food Bank \u2013 Sowing the seeds of Love<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color\">At our end-of-year companywide meeting in December, we review who has been awarded wow points and ask the team to nominate who they think should be recognised as\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0069b4;\"><strong>\u2018Colleague of the Year\u2019<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>The guiding criteria for this is: The colleague\u2026.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">is productive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">is enthusiastic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">is reliable &amp; dependable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">has a positive eye on work responsibilities, customers &amp; colleagues \u2013 a role model for others<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">delivers exemplary service in daily work &amp; a notable contribution to the company<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">is an expert in knowledge &amp; experience in the business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"has-inline-color\">has the willingness to work in a team setting<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span class=\"has-inline-color\">Our congratulations go to Jamie Wilkins, Head of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/services-solutions\/hr-systems\/sage-people\/sage-managed-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Managed Services<\/a>, who has been awarded \u20182020 Colleague of the Year\u2019 by the Tugela People team.<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"quote-dp wp-image-1598 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/tugelapeople.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/imageedit_3_8847861254-450x450.png\" alt=\"Jamie Wilkins, Head of Managed Services at Tugela People.
