This ensures that your online training platform is streamlined and continues to meet your organisational requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Working in partnership with you, we provide an ongoing support service that exceeds the standard TalentLMS support.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Depending on the needs of your organisation and the level of support required, two different support services are offered.<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\" style=\"color: #0069b4;\">Retained Support <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">\u00a0&#8211; based on an annual retainer, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0069b4;\"><strong><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Support bundles <\/span><\/strong><\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">&#8211; based on a set number of hours over a predetermined period of time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Retained Support<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4 class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The support provided includes:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Troubleshooting of issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Raising cases with TalentLMS (Epignosis) on your behalf, if required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Performing day-to-day system tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Advising on new features and functionality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Additional configuration\/enhancements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Developing new\/enhancing existing content<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Sourcing suitable content<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Setting up and running reports<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><strong style=\"color: #0069b4;\">Depending on the needs of your organisation and the level of support you require, there are four different support packages available:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">[FAQ]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Support Bundles<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">I<\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">nstead of committing to a monthly fixed fee, you can purchase prepaid packages on a smaller scale based on the anticipated required hours of support. You decide how much support you need and how you use it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">You will receive an ongoing service above and beyond the standard TalentLMS support by engaging with us. We will act as an extension to your training team, providing support on:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Troubleshooting of issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Performing day-to-day system tasks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Advising on new features and functionality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Additional configuration\/enhancements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Developing new content<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Enhancing existing content<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Managed services can be used on an \u201cas and when required\u201d basis, negating the need to set up an SOQ agreement for each piece of work. Your issues can be quickly resolved by a<\/span> <span class=\"JsGRdQ\">consultant who knows your needs and system setup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">The support provided in any given month will be limited to 4 hours. However, additional hours can be requested in any given month, subject to approval and availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Requests for additional time will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will endeavour to accommodate these. However, we recommend using the allocated time within the agreed time frame to avoid disappointment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\" style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Any services deemed out of the scope of the support bundles contract (significant system upgrades that traditionally fall under a short order queue (SOQ) agreement) will be treated as a separate project and will be scoped out and billed separately.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Bronze\/Silver\/Gold\/Platinum support options<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Depending on your requirements, you can select a support package that suits you. <\/span><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Payment is required in full at the start of the contract.
