They offer a growing number of premium dating services in over 28 countries worldwide and have used Sage since 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Brands include Zoosk, EliteSingles, Jdate, Christian Mingle, eDarling, JSwipe and Attractive World. It formed in 2017 with the merger of Affinitas GmbH and Spark Networks, Inc. to create Spark Networks SE.<\/p>\n<h2>Challenge<\/h2>\n<p>As an IT company, Spark Networks needed robust security for its customer and company data. Their existing HR system had proven to be insecure, and they now needed a secure, scalable HR solution that eliminated the risks associated with isolated HR solutions and system breaches.<\/p>\n<p>They also needed an HRIS system that was cost-effective, easy to configure and had a user-friendly, clear \u2018back end\u2019 interface.<\/p>\n<p>After investigating viable options, they picked Sage People because it was a good fit for their global, flexible requirements and they already used Salesforce and were thus already familiar with the system.<\/p>\n<p>They could also configure it as required, and it could provide real-time, quality data without compromising security and privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Tugela People, an\u00a0<a href=\"\/about\/\">accredited implementation partner<\/a>, was then appointed to help manage\u00a0<a href=\"\/services-solutions\/hr-systems\/sage-people\/sage-implementation-support\/\">implementation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<p>The automation of processes provided an immediate significant time saving, especially in the recruitment and onboarding processes. As the system\u2019s workflows made communication easier with all HR requests handled centrally through the system. Time spent on these actions significantly reduced as was the number of errors made.<\/p>\n<p>They also enjoyed a dramatic improvement in data visibility with instant access to all employee data at any time with reports available in a single place.<\/p>\n<h2>Outcome<\/h2>\n<p>A scalable, secure, configurable HR solution without a bespoke price tag. It has saved time, and the user-friendly dashboard with real-time data has given Managers&#8217; workforce visibility and made HR decision-making easier.
